Matt has been in Summit County since 1998, enjoying both winter and summer outdoor sports.  However, what is keeping him busiest as of late is the newest addition to their family, Emmaline Sierra Eilers, born 3/31/09.  Matt has almost a decade of real estate experience. Matt serves both buyers and sellers in Summit County.   Matt has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of owning and managing real estate.  Prior to his real estate experience, Matt was trained in the loan industry and has worked in the 1031 exchange field. In addition, he owns real estate both locally and overseas for a variety of purposes ranging from short term rental income producing properties to vacant land in New Zealand.
